During peak seasons (spring and early summer), we typically schedule initial consultations 2-3 weeks out, with design work beginning 3-4 weeks after the consultation. Installation schedules depend on project size and complexity. We'll provide a specific timeline during our initial discussion.

Yes, we work throughout Bulgaria. While our primary service areas include Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas, we regularly take on projects in smaller towns and rural areas. For locations outside our primary service areas, additional travel fees may apply, which we'll clearly outline in our proposal.

To make our initial consultation most productive, it helps to have: 1) Any property plans or surveys you may have, 2) Photos of your current outdoor space, 3) Examples of landscapes or gardens you admire, 4) A general idea of your budget range, and 5) A list of your priorities and how you hope to use the space. Don't worry if you don't have all of these—we can still have a productive discussion.

Project costs vary widely based on size, complexity, materials, and specific features. As a general guideline, design fees typically range from 1,500-6,000+ BGN depending on project scope. Implementation costs can range from 80-300+ BGN per square meter for plantings and 200-500+ BGN per square meter for hardscaping. We provide detailed estimates after our initial consultation.
